Requirements

. EXPERIENCE OF WORKING ON CRM SOFTWARE and B2B PLATFORMS i.e Indiamart, Etc.

*Lead Generation and sales handling from Database given.

· Knowledge of managing marketing campaigns on different social media networks,

· Excellent listening skills.

. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to converse the potential clients.

· Strong written communication skills.

· Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

. Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes

. Able to design & implement strategy with respect to country specific requirements.

. Understand Overseas Market/ Customer requirement on Product, Prices, Delivery, Quality, Service etc.

Sales role:

. Generating sales through connecting with clients via e-mail, phone, message, other chat methods from Internet.

. Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets and also assist in capturing, managing, engaging and nurturing leads into customers.

. Uploading products over B2B Platforms like Indiamart, Etc.

. Working with the Middle East,Asia, and Africa based clients.

. Implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's client base and ensures it's strong presence.

. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

. After-sales service.
