Export Sales Jr. Specialist

We are seeking an Export Sales Junior Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Umraniye, Istanbul .

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields,
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Sales, preferably in the automotive supplier industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Analytical, responsible, capable of following up on tasks; solution- and result-oriented
• No restrictions on international travel
• Solid experience with Excel/spreadsheets

Job Description

• Matching customer demand lists with the correct products
• Preparing and sending Mail Orders to customers
• Sending Order Confirmations and processing the orders once quotations turn into purchase orders
• Confirming customers’ preferred shipment dates and following up on the process
• Sending the Shipment Report Form to the customer
• Checking and sending Proforma or Commercial Invoices to customers
• Receiving special customer requests (e.g., packaging, labeling) and organizing their execution internally
• Monitoring due payments and contacting customers if necessary
• Requesting prepayments from customers working on advance payment terms before shipment
• Attending local trade fairs and hosting customers at the company booth
