Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential foreign customers.

* Conduct market research and analyze international trends to guide strategic decisions.

* Coordinate with production, logistics, and regulatory teams to support smooth export operations.

* Prepare and present reports on market insights, sales performance, and customer feedback.

* Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with international partners.

* Ensure all export activities comply with international regulations, Incoterms, customs, and shipping documentation.

* Follow up on shipment status, delivery timelines, and customer service issues.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field (required).

* 7+ years of experience in export sales within the chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural, or industrial sectors.

* Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, Incoterms, customs procedures, and export documentation.

* Experience working with free zone regulations is a strong plus.

* Familiarity with Odoo ERP or customs clearance software is an advantage.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
