Export/International Business Development Manager

Qualifications:

• MBA or a degree in Exports Management (or equivalent).

• 15-20 years of experience in export operations, preferably within the wellness or FMCG sectors.

• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets simultaneously.

• Proficiency in [mention required tools, e.g., MS Office, ERP systems SAP )

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute export strategies to maximize global market penetration.

• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with international distributors and partners.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities in emerging markets.

• Manage logistics, shipping, and supply chain operations for export activities.

• Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to optimize export profitability.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align international marketing strategies with business objectives.
