Expression of Interest – NPO Partnership Specialist

We are seeking an NPO Partnership Specialist to support non-profit organizations through structured development and engagement programs. The role focuses on coordinating with partner organizations, providing hands-on guidance, tracking progress, and ensuring effective follow-up throughout the engagement lifecycle.

This role is similar to case management, with a focus on managing and supporting organizations rather than individuals, ensuring alignment with defined frameworks, processes, and performance milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned non-profit organizations.
• Guide partner organizations through their engagement journey, including:
• Conducting needs and gap assessments.
• Developing, monitoring, and following up on action plans.
• Tracking progress against agreed milestones and deliverables.
• Provide practical coaching and guidance to organizational representatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts to support partner needs.
• Support and participate in meetings, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Identify, monitor, and escalate risks, delays, or challenges in a timely and structured manner.

Required Experience & Skills

• 2–6 years of experience in:

Non-profit organizations or social development initiatives, or Partnership management, account management, or program coordination roles.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable working within structured programs, frameworks, and reporting requirements.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in non-profit capacity building or empowerment programs.
• Background in community development or social impact initiatives.
• Familiarity with governance or operational frameworks.
• Experience using CRM systems or structured tracking tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
