About the Role

As a Portfolio Lead (Corporate & Industrial), you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of corporate and industrial projects, ensuring they align with council objectives and deliver positive outcomes for the community.

• Leading the planning, execution, and oversight of corporate and industrial projects.
• Ensuring portfolio alignment with strategic goals and community priorities.
• Managing project performance, budgets, and timelines to achieve desired outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining governance frameworks and reporting systems.
• Identifying and mitigating risks across the portfolio.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• Qualification in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing corporate and/or industrial portfolios.
• Strong understanding of portfolio governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Proven ability to align project outcomes with organisational objectives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
