Schedule:

• Full-Time
• 8 hr shifts. We have shifts 7 days a week during the day. Start 7:30am-3:30
• On call for winter work
• April - November will be set shifts

Requirements:

• You do not need experience washing homes
• You must be comfortable working on extension ladders
• Any experience in the home service industry is an asset (Painting, landscaping, carpet cleaning, Christmas lights etc.)
• Comfortable with Ladders

As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you’ll complete exterior house washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, holiday light installation, and snow removal services using industry-leading equipment while delivering a premium customer experience. Core Responsibilities:

• Review assigned jobs for the day in Field Edge (CRM).
• Execute assigned solo or multi-truck routes, depending on project size and scope.
• Complete power washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, holiday light installation, and snow removal services for commercial and residential clients.
• Operate company equipment including unrolling/reeling hoses, running pressure washing systems, applying cleaning solutions, performing ladder-based gutter cleaning, installing seasonal holiday lighting, and operating snow removal equipment during winter months.
• Follow all safety protocols and hazard guidelines to ensure safe job execution.
• Transport equipment using the assigned company vehicle for the day (company vehicle provided).
• Complete multiple residential stops (2–3 per day) or remain on-site for full-day commercial projects, depending on schedule.
• Maintain professionalism and presentable appearance when working at commercial properties and residential homes.
• Interact with homeowners and property representatives when needed to ensure job satisfaction and service quality.
• Properly clean, store, and secure all equipment before returning to the shop.
• Uphold company standards for quality, efficiency, communication, and teamwork on every job.
