The Scrub Doctors is a growing exterior cleaning company serving high-end residential homes and commercial properties throughout the Main Line and surrounding areas.

We are currently hiring Window Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This is a physically active outdoor position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, staying active, and taking pride in high-quality work.

You will be responsible for cleaning windows at residential and commercial properties while delivering excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior windows on residential and commercial properties
• Use professional equipment including ladders, squeegees, and water-fed poles
• Follow proper safety procedures when working at heights
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers while on-site
• Deliver high quality work with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Personal vehicle preferred for transporting equipment and traveling between job sites
• Ability to assemble, carry, and safely climb ladders up to 30 feet
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day
• Able to perform repetitive motion with hands, wrists, and arms
• Able to work with arms above head while cleaning windows
• Able to bend, squat, and reach ground level
• Comfortable working outdoors in temperatures ranging from 0–100°F
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Provide professional customer service to clients

Compensation & Schedule

• Performance-based bonuses available

• Monday–Saturday Schedule (Occasionally Sunday work)
• High Commission Based Pay Structure (can range from $24 to over $75 per hour)

Job sites vary daily within (but are not limited to) these areas. All transportation costs while on the job are covered by the company.

Pay: $24.00 - $70.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
