The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

As a Talent Attraction Intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top executive and experienced talent for hard-to-fill roles across the MENA region. You will:

  • Be a subject matter expert in sourcing and recruiting, leveraging your deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market.
  • Shape and drive creative sourcing strategies, lead compelling attraction campaigns, and advise stakeholders using market intelligence.
  • Forge partnerships within EY’s global network to strategically source candidates and position EY as the employer of choice.
  • Guide applicants through a seamless recruitment journey, screen applications, approach passive talent, and nurture robust talent pools.
  • Develop a diverse, high-quality candidate pipeline using various sourcing channels, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusiveness.
  • Act as a trusted Talent Advisor, delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to refine recruitment tactics.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, business stakeholders, and global employer brand teams to synchronize objectives and execute innovative marketing strategies.
  • Leverage AI and the latest recruitment technology to revolutionize talent attraction.
  • Share knowledge, foster continuous learning, and consistently achieve performance targets in line with SLAs and key KPIs.

  • Qualifications:
    • Recent graduates with bachelor’s or master’s degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or any related major.
  • Strong research, data analysis, and market intelligence skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market, including cultural insights and employment regulations.
  • Passion for recruiting complex roles and building trusted relationships with hiring managers and clients.
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • Experience as an intern in name generation and organizational mapping, providing a strategic edge in talent identification.
  • Proficiency in internet research techniques, including Boolean searches and website flipping, to uncover hidden talent.
  • Advanced proficiency with technology, online sourcing through various channels, and research tools.
  • A strong background in research, data analysis, and market intelligence, enabling informed decision-making in talent strategy.
