Duties

• Perform precise eyelash extension applications using the latest techniques to achieve natural or dramatic looks tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired lash styles, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards, including proper sterilization of tools and adherence to health regulations.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY.
• Promote retail sales by recommending lash care products, aftercare kits, and other beauty essentials during appointments.
• Engage with clients through social media management to showcase your work, attract new clients, and build a loyal customer base.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities when needed, providing excellent guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialized training in eyelash extensions.
• Proven experience performing eyelash extension applications with a keen eye for detail and symmetry.
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain procedures clearly.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, including sterilization practices for tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail sales, and upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Additional skills in related beauty treatments like eyebrow shaping, body waxing, makeup application, or dermal fillers are a plus. Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
