Position :- F&B Outlet Manager

Location :- Abu Dhabi

Job Description :-The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the Korean Pub Restaurant, ensuring excellent guest experience, efficient outlet performance, high service standards, and profitability. The role involves supervising restaurant and bar operations, managing staff performance, controlling costs, and maintaining a lively and customer-focused dining environment aligned with the restaurant’s brand standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and dining areas.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
  • Monitor guest flow and operational efficiency during peak hours.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.

Food & Beverage Service

  • Ensure all food and beverage items are served according to company standards.
  • Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction consistently.
  • Maintain proper beverage control and bar stock management.
  • Coordinate with chefs and bar staff regarding menu promotions and special events.

Staff Supervision & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate outlet employees.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower effectively.
  • Conduct team briefings and maintain discipline within the outlet.
  • Ensure employees follow grooming, hygiene, and customer service standards.

Sales & Financial Management

  • Monitor daily sales, revenue targets, and outlet profitability.
  • Control labor costs, food costs, beverage costs, and operational expenses.
  • Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to increase outlet revenue.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reduce wastage.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and municipality requirements.
  • Maintain workplace health and safety standards.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an F&B Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience in pub, lounge, bar, or Korean/Asian restaurant operations is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and restaurant reporting.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of food & beverage operational procedures.
  • Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage.
