Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans tailored to individual clinical needs.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care with precision, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments through strong coordination and teamwork.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery protocols, and correct medication usage.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure clear communication and high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care activities in line with healthcare policies and standards.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care that fosters trust and supports overall health and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:
