About the Role - Develop and execute detailed fabric plans to meet production schedules. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required fabrics. Analyze production needs and adjust fabric requirements accordingly. Monitor fabric inventory levels and align with production demands. Maintain accurate records and reports using ERP systems (SAP preferred).



Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute detailed fabric plans to meet production schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required fabrics.
  • Analyze production needs and adjust fabric requirements accordingly.
  • Monitor fabric inventory levels and align with production demands.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • After the control processes are completed, incoming batches are transported to their destinations and addressed.
  • Obtaining the barcodes of the rolls entered into the SAP system and affixing them to the incoming rolls.
  • Performing the pulling, wing, lot, and blanket processes for the testing of the unloaded rolls in accordance with the relevant instructions.
  • Unloading the fabric received into the warehouse according to the roll number and color.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in fabric planning or warehouse planning within the textile or garment industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • SAP user preferred.
