• Preparation and execution of Fabrication shop plan – Monthly.
• To monitor work progress by PDCA method and finalize the job handover dates to machine shop/assembly shop
• To set the target for LE & OE and TQM parameters and plan to achieve the parameters
• To ensure no waiting time by availability of shop resources: tooling, fixtures, measurement instruments, machines
• To review the Process planning sheet (PPS) and Quality assurance plan (QAP) of the jobs
• Doing project delay analysis: plan vs actual, finding reasons for delays using PDCA method.
• Doing brainstorming with Manufacturing and QC section for process improvement and control.
• To achieve the EHS objective by controlling unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and periodic reviews of HIRA.
• Controlling usage/shop disposal of hazardous waste like oil-soaked cotton, plastic, chemical cans, paint drums

Achieving the target of Safety by enhancing 5S score and SPI- Safety Performance Index at shop floor & office.
