Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : 10,000 - 13,000 SAR (Based on experience)

Work Schedule : 10 hours a day, 6 days a week

About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Fabrication Incharge to lead our large-scale pipe spool fabrication workshop. This is a senior leadership role critical to our operations, perfect for a hands-on manager with a proven track record in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex fabrication projects, particularly those adhering to the high standards of SABIC and ARAMCO projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire pipe spool fabrication process, ensuring all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a large workshop team of 300+ skilled manpower, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and accountability.
  • Develop and implement project plans, coordinating multiple fabrication projects simultaneously to maximize workshop efficiency.
  • Meticulously monitor and control project budgets, man-hours, and productivity to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Review and interpret technical contracts and documents provided by clients to ensure compliance and safeguard company interests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments and external clients, including liaising with SABIC and ARAMCO representatives.
  • Coordinate with the planning and contracts teams to develop competitive estimates for change orders and variations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on project progress, financial health, and forecasted trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years in a senior fabrication management role, with at least 3-5 years of direct experience working on Gulf Countries projects, specifically with and ARAMCO standards.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in administering and leading large teams (300+ personnel) in a heavy steel or pipe fabrication environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep understanding of fabrication man-hours, productivity metrics, and cost control.
    • Strong ability to read, understand, and manage contractual documents.
    • Excellent technical and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Personal Skills: A strong leader, a proactive problem-solver, and an effective administrator with outstanding interpersonal skills.
