Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations of our motorcycle and EV service workshop. This role involves managing technicians, planning workflow, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and electricians.
• Schedule and assign jobs for heavy bikes, standard motorcycles, and EV scooters.
• Monitor service quality, safety standards, and on-time delivery.
• Control inventory of parts, tools, and equipment.
• Resolve customer complaints with technical expertise and professionalism.
• Report workshop performance (turnaround time, customer satisfaction, costs).

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a motorcycle or automotive workshop.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanical & electrical systems (EV experience is a plus).
• Prior experience of any Automotive renowned company
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering preferred.
