Relationship Manager FTZ Digital Agency

FTZ Digital Agency is looking for a Relationship Manager with solid experience working in a digital agency environment. This is a senior position reporting directly to the CEO.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for key accounts
• Understand client goals and ensure the agency delivers strategies and campaigns that meet expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage projects, deadlines, and deliverables
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
• Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO on client performance and agency-client relationships

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role within a digital agency (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media, content, and web development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at once
• Comfortable reporting directly to senior leadership and working closely with the CEO
