Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into precise, high-quality components through various fabrication techniques. Your expertise will ensure that all projects meet strict quality standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components.
  • Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape and assemble metal parts.
  • Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <LOCATION> welding techniques to join metal components securely.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy in fabrication.
  • Handle sheet metal, ductwork, piping, and structural assemblies with expertise in fabrication and assembly processes.
  • Conduct rigging, pipe threading, soldering, and mechanical assembly tasks following safety protocols and industry standards such as ASME codes & standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety guidelines on construction sites or manufacturing floors.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during fabrication or assembly processes.
  • Support the use of schematics and technical manuals for accurate project execution.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely when moving heavy materials or finished products.

Experience

  • Construction site experience or manufacturing background with hands-on fabrication work.
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for precise fabrication.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, and machining tools.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems including pipe threading, ductwork installation, rigging, and assembly processes.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements, tolerances, and material quantities accurately.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites or manufacturing environments including forklift operation and use of hand tools. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $28.83 per hour
