Fabricator / Vehicle Technician
Everyman Driving Experiences – Dunsfold Aerodrome, Surrey
Everyman Driving Experiences is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Fabricator / Vehicle Technician to join our workshop team based at Dunsfold Park. Working with a diverse fleet of performance, prestige, and track vehicles, you will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, modifying, and preparing cars for customer driving experiences and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out fabrication, welding, and vehicle modification work to a high standard
- Repair and maintain a wide range of performance and track vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and structural issues efficiently
- Fabricate brackets, mounts, exhaust systems, and bespoke components as required
- Prepare vehicles for track use and customer events
- Perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability and safety
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards
- Assist with loading, transportation, and event support when required
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in vehicle fabrication, motorsport, or automotive engineering
- Competent MIG/TIG welding and metal fabrication skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on workshop experience
- Experience working on high-performance or specialist vehicles desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence required
- Motorsport or track experience advantageous but not essential

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
