We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabricator. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing a wide range of piping systems and structural components while ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements. Experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble small- and large-bore pipe spools and piping systems.

Fabricate and install structural steel items, including pipe supports, stands, gates, guardrails, spectacle blinds, and other miscellaneous mechanical components.

Perform fabrication using carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and other ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, isometric drawings, and fabrication details to complete work independently.

Fabricate pressure vessels, heat exchangers, saddles, vessel nozzles, and other heavy fabrication components according to specifications.

Carry out cutting, fitting, grinding, bending, and assembly operations using appropriate fabrication tools and equipment.

Ensure fabricated items meet quality standards, dimensional tolerances, and project specifications.

Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards while performing fabrication work.

Coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and other trades to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Qualifications:

Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.

Recognized craft training certificate in fabrication, pipefitting, bending, riveting, burning, or related mechanical trades.

Basic English communication skills, including reading, writing, and understanding engineering drawings, isometric drawings, and fabrication sketches.

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Fabricator, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and pipework assembly.

Ability to read and interpret engineering and isometric drawings independently.

Experience with structural and pressure vessel fabrication.

Proficient in the use of fabrication tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment.

Good understanding of material identification and handling.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
