Fabricator/Fitter

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator Fitter to join our team at Kidzlet Play Structures Private Limited. As a Fabricator Fitter, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of playground equipment and structures.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble metal components to construct playground equipment according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Operate tools and machinery such as saws, drills, welding equipment, and grinders safely and efficiently.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure precise fitting and alignment during assembly.
• Weld and join metal parts using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC) to create strong and durable structures.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections on fabricated components and finished products to ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of materials and components used in fabrication.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator Fitter or similar role in metal fabrication, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, saws, and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC) and metalworking processes.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and adherence to quality standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials and operate machinery safely.
• Relevant certification or vocational training in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field is advantageous.
