Facade Designer

1 Preparation of Shop / Fabrication Drawings with the help of AutoCad Software with reference to the Contract Drawings and Technical Specifications.

• Prepares Material Submittals.
• Check / review the Shop Drawings with the material submitted for client’s approval.
• Calculation of Material Requisition for Aluminum Profile, Hardware / Accessories and Glass etc..
• To do Site Visit frequently for solving technical problems if any at site.
• Prepares drawing elevations and detailed section drawings for Aluminum and Steel Works.
• Preparation of Cutting List (fabrication sizes) for production of Aluminum and Glass Units.
• Preparation of Bill of Material for production, installation and glass units.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department if there is any variation to original contract and do with the Variation Order.
• Helps the Sales Executives to close their work-out projects by assisting them on technical aspect.
• To work under ISO Standards and Documentations.
