Facade Manager for Major Commercial Project

Coordinate and follow up with Façade vendors on daily basis to ensure activities as per schedule, quality, and safety.

Coordinate with architects, Façade consultants for drawing approvals, interface details. Witnessing Façade testing at laboratory and at site as per technical specification. Assessment of Façade vendors, BMU vendors.

Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress report to Management.

Raise PR (Purchase Requests) for façade works and follow up with Purchase and contracts for Purchase orders / work orders.
