Façade Site Engineer – Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Façade Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing façade installation works, including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and other building envelope systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively between design, production, and on-site teams to ensure timely and quality execution of façade works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily façade installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other trades to resolve site issues and ensure smooth progress of façade works.
• Monitor the performance of subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project schedules and safety regulations.
• Review and interpret façade shop drawings, installation details, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure proper installation and material handling.
• Prepare daily progress reports, checklists, and as-built documentation.
• Support testing and commissioning activities, including water tests, air permeability tests, and structural integrity checks.
• Enforce site safety practices and ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
