Facebook Ads Marketers (2 Positions)

Devontix Solutions is a fast-growing software and digital solutions company, helping businesses scale through technology, marketing, and innovation. We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for 2 talented Facebook Ads Marketers to join us on-site and play a key role in scaling our clients’ digital growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage high-performing Facebook ad campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies.
• Write engaging ad copy and work with the creative team for visuals/videos.
• Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Test and implement strategies (A/B testing, retargeting, lookalike audiences, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns (min. 1–2 years).
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager & Ads Manager.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creativity and problem-solving ability to scale campaigns effectively.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
