Facebook Ads Media Buyer

We’re looking for a sharp and ambitious Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our in-house performance marketing team. You’ll be part of a high-energy team managing ₹2 Cr+ in monthly ad spend, driving growth for fast-scaling D2C brands across multiple categories.

This is not just a campaign-execution role — you’ll be expected to strategize, experiment, and own performance outcomes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns with a focus on driving scalable ROI.
• Work on manual bidding strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze campaign performance daily, diagnose issues, and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with video editors and guide the creative direction (hooks, angles, messaging, formats) based on data-driven insights.
• Work closely with the founders and marketing team to design testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and offers.
• Stay updated with platform changes, competitive landscape, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience running Facebook/Meta ads in the D2C/e-commerce space (either brand-side or agency-side).
• Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns (₹30L+ monthly spend).
• Strong understanding of manual bidding, campaign structuring, and scaling strategies.
• Solid creative sense — ability to guide video editors/designers to produce performance-first content.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.
• Hunger to scale campaigns, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
