Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who is highly skilled at generating qualified Facebook and LinkedIn leads for our digital agency services.
This is NOT a cold-calling or appointment-setting role — it’s strictly Facebook & LinkedIn lead generation and nurturing.

Responsibilities

✔ Generate real-time, qualified leads from Facebook & LinkedIn
✔ Build targeted lead lists for international markets (USA, Canada, UK, AUS)
✔ Run outbound campaigns, cold outreach messages, and engagement strategies
✔ Nurture cold leads into warm prospects through consistent follow-ups
✔ Drive prospects interested in:

• Social Media Management
• Website Design & Development
• AI Automation Services
• ✔ Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality & conversions✔ Bring local clients if confident (optional but welcomed)
• Requirements

* 1–2 years of proven experience in Facebook & LinkedIn lead generation
* Strong understanding of outbound lead strategies and social selling
* Ability to create targeted outreach campaigns
* Experience with CRM tools (Plus point)
* Self-driven, consistent, and results-oriented
* Strong English communication skills
