We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in outbound calling and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule qualified appointments.
- Utilize provided data and tools to connect with clients across multiple regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to uncover further business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects through proactive outreach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Prior experience or understanding of the Facilities Maintenance (FM) industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Availability for night shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (Monday to Friday).
- Experience in international sales, supply chain, procurement, or logistics is a plus.
