Shift Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Facebook Marketer to join our team for an international Journal Publication Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to drive leads, engagement, and conversions for our academic and publication-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns tailored to journal publication audiences.
• Create engaging ad creatives, visuals, and content aligned with campaign goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and make data-driven adjustments.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the content and sales teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Manage Facebook Ads budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated with Facebook algorithm updates, trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and key insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (6 months – 2 years) in Facebook Ads or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience in academic, journal, or publication marketing will be a plus.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Shift Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
