Facial & Body Expert – Slimming Therapist

Job Overview

Nadia Salon & Spa is seeking a skilled, passionate, and client-focused Facial & Body Expert – Slimming Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in both facial skincare treatments and non-invasive body slimming and contouring, with a strong commitment to client results and satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesFacial Treatments

• Perform professional facial treatments including deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, anti-aging, and brightening facials.
• Conduct skin analysis and consultations to determine suitable facial treatments and home-care routines.
• Operate facial machines such as HydraFacial, Radio Frequency (RF), Ultrasound, and other skin rejuvenation devices.
• Provide post-facial care advice and recommend skincare products and treatment plans.

Body Slimming & Contouring

• Perform non-invasive body slimming and contouring treatments, including:
• Cryolipolysis (Fat Freezing)
• Cavitation & Radio Frequency (RF)
• LPG Endermologie
• Pressotherapy
• Wood Therapy & Vacuum Therapy
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage
• Assess client body goals and recommend personalized treatment programs.
• Prepare clients before sessions and clearly explain aftercare instructions.
• Monitor, document, and follow up on treatment progress to ensure optimal results.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment care.
• Ensure full compliance with salon protocols, safety standards, and contraindications.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage retention and repeat visits.
• Upsell treatment packages and retail products based on client needs and goals.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and monthly performance targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in facial and body slimming treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, body anatomy, and contraindications.
• Experience using facial and body slimming machines.
• Professional appearance with excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• Team-oriented, reliable, and goal-driven.
• Certification or professional training in aesthetic, facial, or slimming treatments is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
