Job Summary:

The Facial Therapist is responsible for providing professional skincare treatments and personalized facial services to clients, promoting relaxation, skin health, and overall wellness. The role involves assessing client needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, and massage techniques tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
• Analyze clients' skin conditions and recommend suitable products and treatments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and technologies.
• Provide professional advice on aftercare and home skincare routines.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared for each client.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Record client treatment details and progress accurately.
• Upsell skincare products and additional services when appropriate.
• Attend regular training sessions and stay informed on industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Facial or Skincare Therapist preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin analysis and facial treatment techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Passionate about skincare and customer service.
