Facilitator

Contract DV Education Group Facilitator – El Reno, OK

We are seeking a committed and professional Group Facilitator to lead Domestic Violence (DV) Education classes in El Reno, OK. This is a contract position with sessions held on a week day in the evening. Each group session requires a minimum of 2.5- 3 hours each.

Position Overview:

Facilitators provide education and group learning focused on domestic violence prevention and awareness. This is not a therapy role. You will facilitate discussions, maintain group safety and engagement, and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely and professional manner, as directed by the Program Director or designee. Facilitators will be assigned a consistent weekly sessions.

REQUIREMENTS: Facilitators are required to have their degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or a similar field with experience in said field. NO EXCEPTIONS. To do this job you must have a sense of humor, get along well with others but be able to keep a room engaged and learning.

Our program is certified with the Oklahoma Attorney Generals office.
