Scrum Master

Are you ready to drive continuous improvement and support agile practices in a dynamic team environment? We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the development of an enterprise-level affordability dashboard, helping guide teams to success.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes to boost collaboration and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product owners to define product development goals and meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain team backlogs, ensuring adherence to best practices for project delivery.
• Manage and overcome impediments for smooth project execution and delivery.
• Prepare and share reports demonstrating value and improvements with stakeholders.
• Mentor and train teams to nurture a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
  
  
  

Skills

• Certification in Scrum methodologies (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or LeSS)
• Over 3 years of professional experience in an agile environment
• In-depth understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in agile planning tools like Jira and Mural
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field
• Familiarity with agile backlog management and planning tools
• Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making
