Facilities Business Development Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to oversee our cleaning and maintenance teams while actively driving business growth by securing new service contracts. This role combines operations management with business development, making it ideal for someone who is both organized and commercially minded.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise and manage cleaning and maintenance staff
• Plan daily schedules, shifts, and task assignments
• Ensure high standards of service quality and client satisfaction
• Conduct regular site inspections and performance evaluations
• Handle staff attendance, discipline, and training
• Manage inventory of cleaning materials and equipment

Business Development

• Identify and approach potential clients (offices, buildings, facilities, etc.)
• Generate new cleaning and maintenance contracts
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare operational and sales reports
• Monitor costs and optimize resource usage
• Coordinate with management on strategy and improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, facilities management, or maintenance services
• Strong background in sales or business development
• Good knowledge of UAE market (B2B services preferred)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Valid UAE driving license (highly preferred)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, emails.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of relevant experience
• Experience handling blue-collar workforce
• Existing network in real estate, facilities, or corporate sectors (big advantage)
