Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Facility Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily facility operations across offices, yards, and project sites for our road construction projects. The role ensures smooth facility services, vendor coordination, compliance, and a safe, well-maintained working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day facility operations for offices, warehouses, yards, and site facilities
  • Manage maintenance of buildings, utilities, equipment, and site accommodations
  • Liaise with service providers (cleaning, security, pest control, maintenance, waste management)
  • Coordinate vehicle, accommodation, and site facility requirements with project teams
  • Monitor facility-related contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, municipality, and company policies
  • Handle access cards, keys, office space allocation, and basic office moves
  • Track facility issues, raise work orders, and follow up until closure
  • Support audits, inspections, and reports related to facilities
  • Control facility expenses and support cost optimization initiatives

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in facilities or administration, preferably in construction or infrastructure
  • Experience managing sites, yards, or labor accommodations is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of basic MEP, maintenance coordination, and HSE requirements
  • Strong vendor management and coordination skills
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced project environment
