Facilities Engineer

We are seeking an experienced FM Engineer who can join immediately to support day-to-day facilities management operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient maintenance of building services and compliance with client and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily FM operations including MEP, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per schedules
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and service providers
• Attend client meetings and handle service requests and complaints
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly FM reports
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and SLA/KPI requirements
• Monitor material usage, spare parts, and site inventory

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience as FM Engineer in facilities management projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and FM systems
• Immediate joiners only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
