Facilities Maintenance Manager

Overview
Sacred Heart Parish/School is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our buildings. Applicant must have advanced training in building maintenance. Will be responsible for operation & maintenance of all building systems. Maintain grounds (including snow removal) & general cleaning of all buildings. Demonstrated ability to be a self starter & organize multiple tasks is essential. FT position w/ competitive compensation & benefit package including 401K. Position will remain open until filled.

Duties

• Oversee all aspects of facilities management, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and maintenance operations.
• Supervise maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate projects related to facility upgrades or modifications to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Manage regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards electrical safety protocols, and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, safety inspections, etc.

Skills

• Extensive mechanical knowledge covering HVAC systems, electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong project management skills to oversee upgrades or new installations from planning through execution.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
