Facilities Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth functioning, maintenance, and safety of our facilities. This role requires someone hands-on, with strong vendor management skills, and a knack for getting things fixed quickly and cost-effectively especially in electrical and plumbing domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of all equipment (ACs, fans, TVs, lighting, etc.) to ensure proper functioning.

Schedule and oversee timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and servicing.

Manage relationships with vendors and service providers — identify, negotiate, and finalize the best vendors at the most competitive prices.

Maintain an updated log of all maintenance activities and equipment conditions.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies in all facility operations.

Monitor electrical and plumbing systems, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Handle procurement of tools, equipment, and spare parts when required.

Coordinate with internal teams to address facility-related concerns efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related field.

Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.

Excellent vendor negotiation and management skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate quick resolutions for repairs.

Good record-keeping and reporting abilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in managing multi-location facilities (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
