Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement facility management strategies, budgets, and project plans.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Manage and supervise facility staff, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve quotations, budgets, and service agreements.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify risks and improvement areas.
• Prepare reports on facility performance, expenses, and progress of projects.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to align facility needs with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field.
• More than 5 years of proven experience in Facilities Management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Solid knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
