We’re seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the construction, renovation, and improvement of our branches and offices—creating spaces that reflect our brand and support growth. This strategic, hands-on role oversees all facilities planning, maintenance, and optimization to ensure safe, efficient, and engaging environments for employees and customers alike.

Lead planning and execution of facility construction, renovation, and relocation projects.

Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor performance to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Serve as the primary liaison with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Ensure all projects uphold Kish’s brand standards, compliance, and safety requirements.
Facility Operations & Strategy

Develop and execute a long-term facilities plan that supports Kish’s expansion and modernization initiatives.

Direct preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.

Utilize business systems and technology to monitor space utilization, maintenance, and vendor performance.

Lead sustainability, safety, and efficiency initiatives across all locations.
Leadership & Collaboration

Build and mentor a high-performing facilities team focused on service, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Partner with executive leadership on space planning, budgeting, and operational strategy.

Oversee vendor selection, bidding, and contract management processes.

Collaborate across departments to ensure facility projects enhance both employee and client experiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of progressive experience in facilities or construction management, including leadership of multi-site operations.

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects from concept through completion.

Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operations.

Excellent communication, vendor negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
