We’re looking for a certified engineering professional to lead the technical and operational maintenance of all assets and facilities across our developments.


This role ensures our buildings operate at the highest standards of reliability, safety, and cost efficiency , while delivering exceptional service and a premium customer experience.


As a Facilities Manager , you will:

  • Supervise all preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities for MEP, HVAC, civil, and general building systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans, SOPs, and inspection schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee facility-related service contracts and monitor vendor performance against SLAs.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
  • Work closely with Community Management and Customer Care teams to resolve maintenance requests and customer escalations.
  • Manage project handovers from construction to operations, ensuring assets are commissioned and documented properly.
  • Control facility budgets and optimize resource utilization.
  • Maintain accurate records of asset inventories, maintenance logs, and performance reports.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership on complex maintenance issues and energy management initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering .
  • Certified Engineer (registered with Society of Engineers – UAE or equivalent).
  • 5–7 years of experience in facilities management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role .
  • Proven knowledge of MEP systems, BMS, and asset lifecycle management .


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and vendor management experience.
  • Proficiency in CAFM systems (Maximo, FSI, or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of HSE standards and compliance .
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and multitasking abilities.
