Description


  • Oversee all facility operations across Money Fellows’ offices and retail branches, including maintenance, utilities, and safety compliance.
  • Lead and manage construction, renovation, and branch setup projects, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and civil systems across all sites.
  • Conduct regular HSE inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate vendors and service providers for both Money Fellows offices and branches to ensure service quality and cost control.
  • Plan and manage facility-related services such as security, cleaning, waste management, and space utilization across locations.
  • Oversee inventory and asset management for facility-related supplies and equipment.
  • Support business continuity planning, ensuring building safety, emergency readiness, and minimal disruption to operations.

Skills Knowledge & Expertise


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in facilities or operations management, preferably within multi-site or retail environments.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
  • Proven experience managing branch or multi-site facilities.
  • Excellent vendor negotiation and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
