We are seeking a Facilities Manager with hands-on UAE experience, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to oversee and optimize operations across our managed communities.

Job Summary:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of building operations, maintenance, and service delivery across managed properties. This role requires coordination with contractors, engineering teams, vendors, and community management to ensure high-quality service, cost efficiency, compliance with regulations, and long-term asset preservation.

This position is ideal for candidates aiming to grow into senior operations or property management roles within an Owner Association Management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and service delivery for managed properties.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage service contracts, AMCs, and vendor performance across MEP, civil, landscaping, cleaning, and security services.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineering teams, and property staff to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reporting for owners and management teams.
• Manage procurement of facilities services in coordination with Procurement teams.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and vendor contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities or property management, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of building systems, preventive maintenance, service contracts, and operational management.
• Experience in managing vendors, service providers, and long-term contracts.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations related to building operations, health & safety, and compliance standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and FM/ERP systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Relevant home-country experience will also be considered an advantage.

Preferred Skills & Exposure:

• Familiarity with MEP, civil works, landscaping, cleaning, and security service contracts.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
• Cost control, benchmarking, and vendor performance management.
• Exposure to Owner Association or community management environments.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
