Job Description
The Facilities Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical)

Perform preventive maintenance and log activities in CMMS/CAFM systems

Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution within SLA

Monitor cleaning services, waste management, and site hygiene standards

Maintain asset registers, service logs, and facility documentation

Support procurement of tools, equipment, and facility-related supplies
-
Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards (Civil Defense, Saudi Building Code, HSE policies)

Assist with space management, office moves, and parking allocations

Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water) and support efficiency initiatives
-
Respond to emergency incidents and provide on-call support when required

Provide support in audits, inspections, and HSE reporting
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Minimum diploma or technical certification in Facilities Management, HVAC, MEP, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in facilities or maintenance operations

Experience working with service providers and contractors
Skills & Competencies:

Basic technical knowledge (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general maintenance)

Familiarity with CMMS/CAFM systems

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills in
Arabic & English

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Valid Saudi driving license (preferred)
