Facilities Supervisor

We are looking for a Facilities Supervisor (Maintenance), who is responsible for supervising maintenance operations within a facility. The role ensures that all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained properly to guarantee safety, efficiency, and continuous operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for building systems and equipment.
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor work progress.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facility systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Monitor performance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, elevators, generators, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Provide training and technical guidance.
• nsure maintenance activities follow health and safety regulations.
• Maintain compliance with facility safety standards and emergency procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Track equipment maintenance history and service logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field
• 03–06 years' experience in building maintenance or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems
• Leadership and team supervision
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS).
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
