Job Summary

The role also involves managing pantry operations, including procurement, stocking, and inventory control of groceries and consumables while ensuring cost efficiency and proper hygiene practices. Additionally, the officer will maintain service records, support vendor coordination, and ensure compliance with internal policies and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keep tracking & records for related statistics and prepare necessary data & statistics for periodical reports
  • Coordinate the execution of all Business Service related requests and ensure timely completion to meet service levels
  • Allocate work to the team of assistants and manage them effectively
  • Receive & keep track of business service requests by maintaining a log of requests completed on time, backlog and reasons for delay
  • Follow up with customers to ensure backlog is proactively reduced
