Facilities Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily maintenance and housekeeping operations across the mall

• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules (PPM)

• Manage and support technical teams and multi-skilled staff

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers

• Ensure all facilities and equipment operate efficiently with minimal downtime

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance standards

• Conduct routine inspections and recommend continuous improvements

• Handle emergency maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and system records

• Manage maintenance budgets and support cost control initiatives

• Oversee installation of new equipment and disposal of obsolete assets


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related field

• 4–6 years of experience in Facilities Management

• Previous experience in malls or similar environments

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and facility systems

• Experience managing contractors and service providers

• Knowledge of maintenance planning and PPM systems

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Facilities Management Certification

• Experience in retail or commercial real estate

• Familiarity with FM systems (CMMS)

• Valid driving license
