Oversee facility operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and office services.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment, utilities, and workplace assets.
Manage vendors and service providers, including contracts, performance, and cost control.
Supervise office administration functions such as stationery, office supplies, travel arrangements, and asset management.
Ensure timely and proper setup of workstations, meeting rooms, and company events.
Handle facility-related budgets, purchasing, and expense tracking.
Manage administrative staff, assigning tasks and monitoring daily performance.
Lead facility projects such as renovations, space planning, layout changes, or office expansions.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, logs, and inventory records.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
6+ years of experience in facility management or administration roles.
Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, safety standards, and vendor management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
