Job Overview
The Facility Assistant is responsible for helping execute all aspects of the facilities needs, to include but not limited to; maintain the physical appearance and integrity of the facility; ensure a clean & comfortable environment.
Job Duties

Setup and Teardown
- Assist with setup and teardown for events and services

Unlock and lock building when assigned
-
Facility walkthrough after all events:
- Ensuring the facility is clean and ready for the next day. Those responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Taking out trash

Vacuuming
-
Carpet Extractions
-
Restocking/cleaning restrooms
-
Prepare & clean entrances
-
Walk through of grounds
- Travel Paths
- Responsible for Wednesday & Sunday travel paths
- Walk through of entire facility and grounds

Locking and unlocking facility
-
Checking all entrances
-
Addressing any areas or items that are out of place; ie:
- Putting away deliveries
-
Cleaning glass doors
-
Picking up trash/limbs from grounds
-
Restocking items that are low; ie: paper towels, hand sanitizer, etc
- Safety
- Maintain thorough knowledge of and monitor proper use of equipment & tools

Follow procedures for use of chemical cleaners

Able to operate vehicles or powered equipment
-
Be familiar with alarm systems
- eSpace
- Maintains and keeps all tasks up to date on eSpace

Adds work orders as needs are identified
- Grounds
- Weed control

Mowing

- Other Tasks
- Has good working knowledge of all storage areas and item location

Assist with all events and services

May be required to to go off site for supplies and resources
