About the Role
We are hiring an Office Assistant & Cleaner to support day-to-day administrative tasks while maintaining a clean and organized office environment. This dual role is essential to ensure smooth office operations and a professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office administration including filing, documentation, and clerical support.
  • Handle phone calls, correspondence, and assist with scheduling.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies.
  • Carry out daily cleaning of office areas, including desks, meeting rooms, and common spaces.
  • Ensure hygiene and tidiness standards are maintained throughout the office.
  • Provide assistance to other departments with basic support tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience as an office assistant, cleaner, or similar role preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office knowledge an advantage).
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional attitude with flexibility to handle both admin and cleaning duties.
